EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD:

Any award to be made pursuant to this RFP will be based upon the proposal with appropriate consideration given to operational, technical, cost, and management requirements. Evaluation of offers will be based upon the Vendor’s responsiveness to the RFP and the total price quoted for all items covered by the RFP.

The following elements will be the primary considerations in evaluating all submitted proposals and in the selection of a Vendor or Vendors:

1.     Completion of all required responses in the correct format.

2.     The extent to which Vendor’s proposed solution fulfills The Bridge’s stated requirements as set out in this RFP.

3.     An assessment of the Vendor’s ability to deliver the indicated service in accordance with the specifications set out in this RFP.

4.     The Vendor’s stability, experiences, and record of past performance in delivering such services.

5.     Availability of sufficient high quality Vendor personnel with the required skills and experience for the specific approach proposed.

6.     Overall cost of Vendor’s proposal.

The Bridge may, at their discretion and without explanation to the prospective Vendors, at any time choose to discontinue this RFP without obligation to such prospective Vendors.

SCOPE OF WORK

Contractors may submit bids for one or more of the following. All projects must be completed by 02/28/2011.

ð        Website Development

o     Design New Template for Site

o     Encode and set up text and content for all pages

o     Encode/set up images and photos, including logo

o     Install Management Software

ð        Brochure and Logo Design

o        Design and develop tri-fold brochure description The Bridge’s services and resources

o        Design and submit redesign for logo (work in conjunction with web site developer)

o        Establish and maintain a quarterly electronic newsletter

ð        North Country Health & Human Services Provider Training

Develop, coordinate, and execute of two (2) training sessions for Health & Human Services professionals, one targeted to Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual health issues and one targeted to Transgender health issues

ð        North Country Health & Human Services LGBT Consumer Training

Develop, coordinate, and execute two (2) training sessions for Health & Human Services consumers, one targeted to Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual health issues and one targeted to Transgender health issues

ð        North Country Community Outreach Celebration

Develop, coordinate, and execute a public event publicizing the mission of The Bridge and its services

Develop, coordinate, and execute a combined Health Fair and Conference providing free health exams (blood pressure, lung test, etc.) for members of the LGBT community in the area of New York commonly called the "North Country"

ð        North Country Health & Human Services Provider Luncheon

Develop and execute an "invitation only" luncheon for Health & Human Services professionals in the so-called North Country area as means of advertising The Bridge and as an expression of gratitude to those individuals, businesses, and organizations that have support our efforts.

Develop and execute a plan to evaluate the aforementioned projects and events and develop a set of recommendations for future activities, projects, etc.
